Ordered multiple items in two separate orders.
Their prices were lower than anywhere else in Fresno, and their hotshot program got the parts to me in about 20 minutes, on a Saturday.
I've been dealing with 1800Radiator for over 7 years.
In the past, the service was very run-of-the-mill.
Over the past year, they seem to have stepped up their service, and I've seen their OSR more often this year than I've seen their prior OSRs in seven years combined.
Very much recommended.

My shop has ordered parts thru this 1800 location for well over 5 years if not 10. Sadly my last order still has not shown up, no eta, no communication from 1800. I have been calling and getting the run around for 3 days now. 1800 was great at one time, but prices have crept up (cheaper to buy most radiators from my local autozone) service has went down the tubes. I hope this review does not fall on deaf ears

We always go through them and never any problems until recently. We bought a radiator with life time warranty. It started leaking so we took it back and they don't want to honor the warranty cause I lost the receipt. I ask for them to look it up and they refuse to do that
It has their marking that the put in blue writing but even thats not enough. Sad I won't be going there anymore
