Buyer Beware: First and foremost, this company is extremely overpriced.
for a 1 hour and 45 minute deposition, we paid over $1000.00. In 15 years of working in this field, I have never seen rates like this. Further, the rates are not completely set forth prior to the job taking place.

This company was retained by our company for an out-of-state job. Prior to appointment, a fee schedule was sent by email. I specifically asked for a fee schedule so that I would know what the fees would be. The job was on a Tuesday. On Sunday (a non business day) this company sent an email asking for a deposit. Mind you a deposit was never mentioned in the month leading up to the job. So, we had to jump through hoops to get a deposit paid (no way I could have the company cut and mail a check in 24 hours). After the job was done, we received an additional invoice where we were charged 150 dollars for a 10 dollar thumb drive and advised that there was a minimum hour fee (which we were never informed of). We paid the additional invoice which was considered a "final invoice." A month later, we were charged an additional fee with no explanation as to what it was for. We will NEVER use this company again.
