We did the biscuit icing and afternoon tea combo for Christmas and had a really fun time.

The pros:
-the icing experience was super cute, starting with a little demo of how to use the piping bags, and ending with our favourite biscuit being boxed up in a lovely Biscuiteers box, and the others being bagged and sealed in little plastic packages
-yummy pot of festive blend tea
-some nice cakes in our afternoon tea, and a gorgeous Christmas present-shaped
iced biscuit
-a very cute look to the cafe overall with the black and white theme
-they let us box up the cakes we didn’t eat from the afternoon tea and take them home

Cons:
-icing tools are very basic - just piping bags with the ends cut off, no nozzles, and no way of flooding the biscuits as we only got one consistency of icing (although I totally understand why it’s maybe not practical to provide this to customers who are doing the self-icing experience!)
-the sandwiches in the afternoon tea were a bit plain - cucumber with barely a hint of cream cheese, for instance
- big group of kids doing a gingerbread house experience next to us, who were quite loud at times - would be better if they had a separate space for bigger group experiences!

We did the Christmas/ Holliday afternoon tea. The restaurant was very clean and cute. We loved the atmosphere, cute colours and attached shop.
What let it down for us was the service. Multiple times, we were waiting for a very long time before we could order more tea (there was only one other table, most of the time, the waitress was just standing behind the counter not looking at the patrons). They also never checked in with us during our tea to see how we were doing/ how everything was

The food was good, but not incredible. The sandwiches especially could do with some more toppings. We don't eat fish, and got 2 cucumber sandwiches instead. We felt a different option would be better to keep the diversity. The cookies however were great and there were also some great sweet options!

All in all, we had a nice time but would probably look for a different place next time around.

A lovely visit. Warmly welcomed and very nice good quality tea and stunning cake.
Delightful biscuit accompanying the tea was a nice suprise.A short walk from Victoria Stations we enjoyed the calm .
Highly recommend a visit here.

A lovely little cafe where you can decorate your own biscuits. Shop attached selling some impressively decorated boxed biscuits.

We had the afternoon tea with icing experience. The cafe was lovely - well decorated and clean. The location is also easy to get to, not far from Victoria Train station.
The afternoon tea was mostly fine - the desserts were tasty and my friend had some food preferences that they were able to adapt to. I would say that apart from the scones which were on the burnt side so I didn't eat them. I asked for an extra ginger bread man for icing instead which was fine.
With the icing, there was only one consistency of the icing (very thick) , ideally you would need a thinner icing for flooding the biscuits to fill them in. Actually I dabbed some water on the colours once i semi filled them in, which sort of worked. There were no toothpicks to allow more control in terms of the decoration. Other than that, it was a nice experience.

Had a blast decorating biscuits as part of our countdown to Christmas while in London! The team at the Belgravia shop could not have been more accommodating in spite of us being late for our appointment 🙄. They did a super job explaining the process to us and periodically checked in on us to make sure all was going well. We left with our works of art packed well for the trip home as well as a few other items we purchased as holiday gifts.

LOVED this place! So cute and fun, I can't believe it wasn't more busy, the food and service was perfect! Charmaine was particularly attentive throughout the afternoon tea! These biscuits are my all time favorite. I will definitely be going back with my girlfriends and god daughter. Can't wait to try the Notting Hill shop.

Went for afternoon tea and diy biscuit decorating.
Afternoon tea was very nice, great portions and flavourful.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Biscuit decorating was a fun activity to do. Downside was the icing was too thick than ones I’ve done in the past elsewhere so made it difficult.
