I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received from Angela in the administration team and Jessica in accounts. I had an issue with my boiler and was without hot water, which was understandably frustrating.

After reaching out to them, Angela responded promptly and efficiently, and Jessica ensured that everything was sorted from the accounts side. To my relief, they arranged for an engineer to visit the very next day. The engineer was knowledgeable and quickly identified the issue, and I felt well-supported throughout the entire process.

The level of service and care provided by Angela and Jessica was outstanding, and it’s clear that they take customer concerns seriously. I highly recommend this plumber shop to everyone – they truly go above and beyond!

Service like this gives the trade a bad reputation
Very expensive, very slow, very poor communication and shoddy workmanship with main focus on payment.

I recommend to obtain a competitive quotation/estimate before proceeding as Anderson’s clearly took advantage of my circumstances

Crawford and the team were very helpful, friendly and responsive. Anthony was the engineer who came to our house to resolve our issue (faulty macerator) and he was extremely polite and knowledgeable, and left the bathroom as he found it. Would highly recommend!

We had trusted this company with work at our property for far too long. Every time they came, there was a 'new' issue after they left, that required them to come in again, and of course charge more. Gradually they would quote more and more under the guise of trying so very hard to keep costs down. In the end they quoted extortionate amounts of money which lead us to get a second opinion. We were dumbfounded when we realized they had been misleading us the whole time and abused the trust we had in them. We are the fools for not getting a second opinion sooner. We just fell for the whole 'family run, local plumber' facade. Even when payments were disputed, they just took the money from the credit card. Do not make the same mistake we did and trust these people. They will milk you for every last cent you have.

Avoid at all costs, charged me close to GBP700 for not doing what I asked nor solving the issue. I ordered a gas engineer to check on water tank and overflow pipe and told them I had already had drainage engineer and regular plumber in to investigate a leak. The plumber they sent spent 5h doing some drainage work which had just been completed. I also asked to call me to discuss the work, and my tenant offered to put him through to me as I am the landlord based abroad, plumber didn't call me nor wanted to speak to me. Just wanted to bill a huge number of works to do unnecessary work. I spoke with Will Anderson who refused to refund some of my unfairly charged money. Worst plumbing experience ever.
