Thank you C-Rich for my dream car!! My low mileage 2023 c300 is absolutely perfect. Kazi is the best Sales & customer service rep. He took such good care of me, when I didn’t fall in love with any of the in stock cars after the holiday sales. Kazi special ordered my baby for me following my wish list to the T. Reynaldo in finance was extremely thorough and top notch. He set me up with an excellent financing. They were really the A team. They were always available 24/7 for my questions and concerns and held my hand through the whole process. Thank you guys so much!!

I would genuinely recommend for anyone to come here, especially if you’re trying to leave with a car the same day! I think my favorite part of this entire process besides ringing the bell for my new car, was my comfortability. When you have someone that genuinely wants to help you, and is actually listening to your situation to make sure they meet your needs, what more can you ask for? I left in a 2022 M4 BMW!!! I had intentions on leaving in a BMW 5 series, but I left with something even better, easy approval process, you just have to be patient and let them do their part! I really don’t leave reviews for businesses or people in general, unless I feel they deserve it. Honestly, C-rich cars definitely did their thing. I am such a happy girl đŸ„č and couldn’t have been helped anywhere else the way they took their time with me. Also, I love the interaction, it wasn’t a boring dealership/salesman interaction, EVERYONE was lively and in good spirits, which was really helpful because as you know, sometimes getting a car can be a bit time consuming, but with CRICH cars, they made it a memorable enjoyable experience. I’m sending all my people here, I want them to get the same experience I had, and I know they will!!! Overall 10/10, honestly ❀
