Took in my dirtbike to change a gear and some other miscellaneous parts. Ended up paying $2,000 in total $800 in labor alone. Once I picked it up and got it home I realized that my tank was damaged and the engine was leaking oil. Owner refuses to fix it even though he is the one that caused all damages. Have been trying to contact him for months now. No answer through shop phone and they are never there during supposed open hours. So a quick recap, brought an operational dirtbike other than 5th gear to this shop paid $2000 and now I can’t even start it and the owner refuses to do the right thing. Their solution was to close down.

I see a post on here where they say they discriminate against people with older sleds .I have an old sled and they took very good care of me.
In my opinion I’m happy I found this little gem of a place to get my stuff fixed.
They had a waiting list to get my sled fixed which was very short time . They called me to bring it in and had it fixed within a day.
As far as the customer service goes I’m very satisfied with them.

Always took my motorcycles to these folks over the years, they're fair, reasonable, and very experienced and do quality work. Paid them for services multiple times and never had any issues or problems. Good people.

Well if you wanna get something done, try talking to the husband, wife will sorta tell you hit the road. My family’s been taking all snowmobiles and atvs there for years with great service. Talked to the wife today and was very rude and apparently didn’t remember me and been going there for several years. now I see what people are talking about, not surprised they tell me stay clear of there. He does great work though, rebuilt

Don't let other people's reviews fool you. This is the second time that this place has saved our weekend in a panic when both local dealerships turned us down. They stopped what they were doing to get us back out on the trails. This kind of service deserves a tip. Trust me.

They discriminate against older snowmobiles. They will sell you the parts, but heavan forbid they do work you would pay them to do. Tried to get them to get spark on my 1991 Yamaha Exciter. An easy task since they had a full Exciter in their warehouse and I knew it. But when I brought it in, the owners had a debate RIGHT IN FRONT of me whether or not they would take it. They did, but then called me the next day to tell me they wouldn't do it. So yeah. They lost a customer that day. They have a ton of parts, and good for that. But they have crap customer service and discriminate against the older machines.

Got my bike worked on twice, and both times it was on short notice. I'm totally satisfied with their work, and will continue to take my motorcycle there in the future.
