The first visit I had with her, she was super sweet and caring. The other visits after I saw her she was angry with me that I kept getting UTI's and did not want to work with me in getting a PCR urine test and totally dismissed me. She also would not prescribe me antibiotics, but thankfully my PCP did. I had to advocate for myself/stick up for myself or she would dismiss me. Her MA was super unprofessional and condescending. I always dreaded going to that office. I obviously was unwell but they didn't care at all. I had a chronic infection and they wanted to treat me as an IC patient. The whole clinic is very unorganized and they seem to not know what they are doing which is not a good sign. As a person though, I am sure she is sweet. Just not a very caring PA sadly. I felt like I was just a check mark on her list of people she saw that day.

I extremely happy to be part of the Lovelace health care. Lovelace medical staff will go above and beyond for their patients. Ms. Jarvis has been a huge part of my well being . Her compassion and care for my health have meant a great deal to me . I feel confident in her decisions for my health. I'm glad I have met her . I am feeling great now that I've been under her care .

I was able to get an appointment as a new patient with Urology quickly. Facility is gorgeous and convenient. It would be nice to know before entering the building which end the clinic is in as the stairs are at both ends. It's not a huge facility though. Staff is all very nice and professional. I called the clinic to see if she would be able to pull up my scan and labs and was told no, but she said she can. I had printed everything off and she kept them for her records. I liked that she explained my situation and my options. She said she'd speak with the Urologist to make sure he agreed with our choice. Overall experience couldn't have been better.

I highly recommend the Loveless Urology Group. I see Dr Tomy Perez as my primary Urological care physician. He is excellent. He performed a noninvasive surgical procedure on me. The procedure was a complete success and I recovered quickly. All the folks in the office are caring and friendly professionals. I also saw Dr. Carolina Jarvis. She is also an excellent health care professional. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. If you need urological care, I would highly recommend this group.
