Wedding Dress Shopping: I had a great experience with Castle Couture from the moment I stepped into their shop. I went wedding dress shopping in January of this year and I was able to say “yes to the dress” after only trying 3 dresses. Kelly did such a great job attending to me, my family and friends. She was very personable and an active listener! I didn’t have to struggle to make a decision that day.

Alterations/Fitting: When my dress was ready to be tried on for fitting, I had the pleasure of working with Aienla. She was such a wonderful seamstress. She was very calm and gave great suggestions. She altered my dress to fit my body; it fit like a glove! I got so many compliments on my wedding day.

Where do I even begin to thank this amazing team!!! Everyone from the managers, my bridal associates Miriam and Emily, my seamstress Ellen, and even the girls on the phone in customer service were absolutely the best!! I had visited a total of 7 bridal stores, and Castle was only my second stop and I had no idea what I wanted at the time. It was the only place where I loved a dress and set it aside on hold (the one I ended up choosing) while I continued to shop around 5 more stores in New York City. But nothing and no one could compare to my experience and service here at Castle Couture! It was truly exquisite, beautiful, so fun, so emotional, the most helpful and very professional! I love this team very much, and I'm forever grateful for your patience with me during what should have only been the most beautiful time of my life, but unfortunately, it was very difficult when my wedding was nearly canceled due to my father-in-laws sickness, who did in fact pass away 13 days after our wedding.

I will forever be grateful to be a Castle Couture Bride!! I found my wedding dress last February, 2024… and now my bridal era comes to an end because I will become “Mrs. Malone” on Feb. 8th 2025!! So bitter sweet🥹
I’m so thankful to have beautiful memories of wedding dress shopping, with my mom, my mother in law, maid of honor, and of course, all of the wonderful ladies at castle couture! They truly make you feel like you’re family here, as soon as you walk through those doors, you’re greeted with nothing but smiles, kind voices, and the feeling of “my dream dress in this store” … you are truly catered to, here at castle! My consultant, Samantha, who unfortunately doesn’t work here anymore, was a DREAM to work with! I got chills just remembering my perfect moment… & after you find your dream dress, it’s headed down to alterations… if you get the opportunity to work with a beautiful woman named “Drita” … did you think your dress was beautiful now? Just WAIT until she’s done with it! My wedding dress looks and feels like I was the only one in the world meant to wear it. My dress is heavily detailed, layered with tons of tulle and Drita stopped at nothing for me, until she was perfect. And that my dress is, a perfect masterpiece. Just like my experience at castle, I’m going to miss all of the smiles, conversations and friendships made along the way! From start to finish Castle Couture is the place to go!!
I made three appointments prior to my visit to Castle Couture, Castle Couture was my last stop and I said YES to not one but two dresses!!!
The service and experience was unparalleled.
From the start, I was paired up with a bridal stylist, Miriam who was AMAZING! I went in with a vision and knew the designer and fit I was looking for and Miriam without hesitation totally got me and the first two dresses she came out with were perfection. She took her time and made sure I felt completely comfortable in my gowns before making a final commitment. First impressions are everything and Mariam did not disappoint! Fast forward to about 6 months later and alterations began.
The alteration department was fantastic. I had Ellen and a Colleen assist me throughout the whole process and they were fantastic!!! Ellen is a perfectionist and did not stop the alterations until the dress fit perfectly. Her precision to detail is unmatched.
This was the most seamless experience and I am more than happy that I chose Castle Couture for my bridal dresses. Today I leave with my first dress and I cannot wait to see the final version of my second dress!!!

Back for my second dress and I am obsessed!!! Paired up with the same team Ellen and Colleen from alterations and they are a dream.
Corey, Amanda, Stephanie, Ahlaysia and Liz at the front are all fabulous. I have been here MANY times over the past few months and every visit has been a pleasure. Always greeted with a smile, swept into the fitting room immediately upon arrival and the dress was ready for my fitting.

The service and quality of Castle Couture is unmatched, I’d recommend them a million times over, do not go anywhere else for your dress!!
