Please avoid! Old bloke at the counter working in slow motion barely typing serving while at least 3 people sitting at desks behind ignoring the long queue. Had to wait for at least 45 minutes to be given the wrong part even though I had shown him the technical label on the boiler with all the serial numbers and all.
A few days later when I returned the part (expansion vessel) I had the same experience having to wait another 30 minutes. Then they tried to refuse a refund on the pretence that the box was opened even though it was sold to me like that and it was the wrong part. When I challenged it, asking them to check the CCTV and expressing my dissatisfaction they have refunded me.
Wish I'd read the bad reviews before coming here..... lesson learned.
Hope these reviews are read by someone within city plumbing higher management as the staff at this branch is completely lacking customer service skills or the will to work and provide a service.
For other potential customers: Don't waste your time and nerves, use other stores!

Worst branch - staff are lazy and just sit at the back and have a chat amongst themselves and avoid eye contact with customers so they dont need to get up and serve. Lot of swearing and seen a couple guys having a vape in plain site. Used this place couple times because had no other choice bur wouldn’t definitely not recommend. The management here are also poor, nothing but foul language and laziness

Used many times same terrible experience. Staff just chat amongst themselves ignoring huge queues and no one serving. They have there favourites they get up for ! Awful service. New management required

Went there this morning, picked up a pump to open up and find it’s used. Return back in 10-15min. And explained the situation to the bloke at the till, his colleague started shouting at me saying it’s not in their records. Regardless, it’s been used and I’ve wasted time also have to explain to my customer. Always check your parts from here as they are not honest and very rude. To the FAT GUY if you reading this like I’ve said “do not shout at me and if you have an issue we can sort it outside man to man”.

These guys really know their stuff. I went in to find an usual size waste for a catering sink and they don’t stock it but Fiz was extremely helpful and told me where I might be able to find it. Life savers 👏
