Having received treatment for a frozen shoulder at Complete Physio last week ,I am delighted to write a positive review here for the team who I found to be very professional.

My physiotherapist on the day was a gentlemen by the name of Emerson who fully explained the treatment options I was going to be offered along with the Pros and Cons of each.

I was given a steroid injection in me left shoulder and within a few minutes I noticed an improvement in mobility.
Over the last week my shoulder continues to improve each day.

I had a frozen shoulder diagnosis which was causing extreme pain, and was able to book a next day appointment for an injection. Luke was really thorough in confirming the diagnosis before the injection was done, as well as explaining the process. I understood that this wasn't a magic fix but it did ease the pain within a few days, which meant I could start physio to further improve it. My shoulder is now back to normal and I think this would have taken much longer without the injection. The clinic is very professional and convenient and I would recommend Luke particularly - many thanks!

To say Emerson changed my life is not an understatement. I had inflammation in the tendons in both hands after giving birth and I could not even hold my newborn without being in pain. I was so nervous about having steroid injections, but he gave me all the options and I decided to proceed with one at a time which he recommended (and was definitely a better idea than doing both together). 2-3 weeks after each injection, I was completely pain free and was able to enjoy being a new mum more. He also gave me exercises to follow up with and strengthen the tendons. I know if I have any problems in the future, I'm going back. I would definitelyyyyyy recommend.

I visited Complete Physio for a consultation to assess shoulder pain that had become unbearable. Emmerson was great. He evaluated the shoulder and performed two cortisone injections. After a week or so, the pain had more or less completely gone, and I was able to restart rehab exercises. Thanks to Emmerson! Great guy, super professional and the whole constellation was super straightforward and professional.

This was my second visit to Complete Physio, I was seen by Emerson again relating to my subacromial bursitis in my rotator cuff (serious shoulder pain and very restrictive movement). Following a consultation and an ultrasound scan, Emerson injected the area using the ultrasound as guidance with microscopic precision with a steroid solution. The injection pain was minimal. Within a matter of seconds post injection, my movements had increased by at least 50%, and now 14 days later, I have 95% movement and almost no pain at all. I will definitely be back, but hopefully not too soon.
For the cost of the procedure vs the pain, it's a no brainer.

I had my appointment at Complete Physio Lime Street 5 days before my first marathon. I hadn't been able to run pain-free for 2 weeks due to some knee pain caused by IT Band problems. I was contemplating postponing my marathon as I couldn't run for a kilometre without pain, but tried Complete Physio to see if there was still any chance of participating without doing further damage. Luke was brilliant, and after some mobility movements and an ultrasound scan, he recommended a steroid injection to help with the pain to get through the race. I rested between the injection and the marathon, yet was still able to complete the race within my goal time without any issues with my knee. Thank you!
