Bad experience, we have been renting for about 3 & half years from them 1 bed flat in Sutton. They are not a professional agency at all -> ex. Ashleigh Pearson (property manager) was about to view flat, she scheduled visit 3x times and never arrived; no words of apology no phone call, we need to call her and ask if she will be in or not.. total disrespect!!! Upon end of tenancy I need to poke her to schedule inventory check-out -> she was surprised that we leaving even though we gave 2 months notice via email which she acknowledge. Be careful as they are not going to give your deposit back even the flat was sparkling clean with all goods working up to professional standard! I would definitely avoid!!! Complete has been managing a number of properties for me in London for over 10 years. A key requirement for me is that the properties are managed together, with one manager, and Complete provides this. I have generally been impressed with all my property managers, and Ashleigh Pearson, who has recently taken over has been very professional and helpful. The lettings team including Zoe, have also been very helpful.

Avoid at All Costs!

This letting agency has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. After moving out of the property almost 2 moths ago, I had to chase them repeatedly for the return of my deposit. They ignored my emails and only started the refund process after I called them—blaming the delay on the landlord's lack of response. Their communication is appallingly poor, and they take no responsibility for their own mismanagement.

To make matters worse, they are claiming deductions for "missing items" that were rubbish left in the flat when I moved in, taking up valuable storage space. I spent over two years requesting these items be removed, only for them to finally tell me to dispose of them myself—something I have email proof of! Now they’re turning this around to justify withholding part of my deposit.

This agency and specifically [ Jordache Laryea - Property Manager] epitomizes irresponsibility and unprofessionalism. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid them at all costs! Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Seems the marketing team is more keen in providing prompt response here than the actual team who waits 20 days to respond back to a simply email.
Let me make this very clear for any misinformation: no awareness of the works ongoing and future to be carried on the property were made to use. Nothing verbal nothing written. And if there is any proof then please share here since you guys would love to attract more customers. Please sort out the ongoing problems in the apartment rather than focus on proving your rent paying tenants wrong and do your job maybe?
