Had to deal with the owner of this company today, on a different matter. If he has the same attitude with his business that he had in my store today there I feel sorry for his customers. My policy is no warranty on damage. He told me to "Go F myself" and has flipped me off more than once. I don't know about you but a I don't think I would want a guy that can't see a crack in an LCD responsible for inspecting anything of mine.

*BEWARE *
THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF SCAMMERS! I know of multiple trucking companies that have delivered loads for them and they refuse to pay for it. I'm talking thousands of dollars. Then when confronted on it, Mr. James Miller threatened their life, amoung many other nasty things . DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!

The and the owner & the heavy set, bald operations manager Shawn were very rude and demanding. The owner often swore and spit chewing tobacco. When asked to get a copy of the certification of the tech the guy Shawn lied about him being certified when infact he was not licensed at all!! This company endangers lives!! Don’t go there if you want your employees to survive

We have a national 1100 and James with compliance crane was able to Fix and get our crane back in service in a day for around 700$
When Walter Payton had it for a month and wanted 12k and then said they could not even do repair.

Every customer that uses their service needs to do their research and determine if the prices their paying for parts is truly accurate. Owner is known to markup way over standard if he thinks he can get one over on you.

Terrible and dishonest , you don’t get what you pay for . The owner or any employees have crane certifications that are up to date . Dont get your crane inspected if you value your life .
