Clicked the link to sign in as a contractor. The website created a new account instead of signing into the existing account, had to pay 250$ . Then the account had to be refunded and had to sign in and change the profile from owner to contractor which should have been a default setting. Employees should never be allowed to access the company's profile. Now I need to watch a video and take a test and they are having tech issues with there site so I cannot travel to the customers till I get the video and test complete. That's alot of money not being made due to there issues....

One if the worst platforms for contractors. Their website says it will "reduce your workload by 70% in two weeks" but for contractors this is not true. The amount to be done has actually increased my workload by 70%. Not user friendly, have to constantly request help. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Prior to signing up with Contractor Compliance (CC), we were using paper records including a very informal orientation program to manage our Contractor Management Program (CMP).

With CC, we’ve communicated with our contractors, our identified requirements including orientation. Inviting all our contractors to attend, we are using an annual live/recordable webinar format for our orientation which can be viewed by any new employees our contractors hire.

Contractors can use CC to manage their in-house training programs.

The staff at CC are extremely helpful with the implementation from the user, with the contractors signing up, uploading our requirements & staying on top of their respect account(s) ensuring everyone is successful.

If you are updating your CMP, call CC for a no obligation demonstration. I would highly recommend it!

As a contractor who's customer just recently began utilizing this company, I had a few questions while navigating my first log-on to their VERY intuitive platform. I was uncertain what our customer was looking for with some of the requirements, and reluctantly opened a live chat, anticipating the usual painful and inconclusive runaround I have become so accustomed to with other safety compliance companies. I could not have been more shocked to experience exactly the opposite today.

The first person I chatted with felt like an old friend and was clear and concise with their responses. I kept coming across questions, and because I have learned from experience that even just one "wrong" answer can hold up an entire submission, I aim to fully understand what I am being asked, and I seek to be specific with my responses in turn.

Not once was I made to feel like a burden - in fact, I was told by more than one person to never apologize for asking questions. Every last person I communicated with was so helpful and personable that I was shocked.

This is such a refreshing departure from the likes of ISNetworld and Avetta, who are helpful IF you are lucky, as a standard are lazy with their answers and require prodding to get the specifics, and on really bad days, particularly with Avetta, are downright condescending AND provide incorrect guidance. And the worst part? We have to PAY thousands of dollars just to keep our hard-earned customers while taking their abuse.

If you are a company looking to enlist the services of a 3rd party safety platform, from a contractor's perspective, I cannot recommend them enough. Safety requires a partnership, yet the standard seems to be a parent/child punitive relationship, which is not at all conducive to the end goal, which is to protect life and limb first and foremost, prevent property loss/damage, and to shield companies from being liable for injuries. If that is the type of partnership you are seeking, it starts with having friendly and capable representatives on the front lines, so to speak - and that is exactly what this company has in spades.

What does it take to talk to a real live human? I need to upload a clearance certificate from WSIB and cannot get any help. If there were a way to give a big fat ZERO to your star system, I would.
