Went in to buy a phone , the guy there told me he couldn't. What kind of place is this, poor customer service. He had a couple of women sitting up in the stools by him, I'm not sure what they were doing. This place needs to hire someone that knows what they are doing or close. Total waste of time as they were advertised as a cricket store and open.

This was my favorite cricket but recently I went in for help and her three of the workers speaking in Spanish and talking about me In a negative way, I also understand Spanish and know what they were saying I don't appreciate that All I do is try to pay for my and my kids phone and not have problems or be judged....shame on these 3 women

The staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable. They always greet you as soon as you walk in no matter how busy they are. You get in get your business done and get on your way. I like that. I wish all my transactions went as smooth as the ones at that cricket location. Keep up the good work and to the manager give them a raise. Good employees are hard to find and keep. I'm just saying. Another visit this month to pay my bill. Same as it ever was. Friendly greeting fast service with a smile. Hard to find thes days. If you don't take care of these people they can go work anywhere they choose. Keep up the good work guys. I'm trying to let them know how good you guys are at your jobs.

It's so sad how I got ripped off by this place!!!!!I purchased a phone and it was defective I took it back within the seven day warranty. All I wanted was the same phone but One that was not defective.first the two guys running the place had to call there boss,she was not happy that I just wanted to switch and not spend more money she than approved it the two guys gave me a refund and when it was time to ring me up for my same phone they said oh sorry we are out of the phone you want how convenient after they took my defective phone with all my photos and important information that I needed so I had no choice to buy a more expensive phone. And than on top of that they don't even ask you if you want to buy the cover and the phone protector they justadd it to your bill WHAT a scam I bought all my phone's at this location for years. Never again. From now on No more Cricket phones for me. Don't shop at this store They will Rip you off

If I could give zero I would. The young female that was working this am opened late, so registers were not open, phone displays are not out or charged we waited 20 minutes after 11 (when the store opened) and After a line formed I asked how long it would be, she rudely replied it would be another 30 minutes to open the registers. I’ve worked retail for years and even though I live near this location I will never give that cricket another dime. They all have different owners and this one will never get money from me again!
