I made a mistake. I forgot to pull my car in the my driveway and I left it on the street overnight. Signs are clearly posted and I know better. I woke up to seeing by car booted. I went online made the payment, then gave them a call. The gentlemen was polite and the boot was quickly removed. Lesson learned for me. Wanted to show some love and kindness for companies who might not hear it often.

Whoever owns this business is evil along with whoever decides to partner up with them…how am I getting booted in my own apartment complex. I even left them a note to let them know. I never write reviews but this company is actually a joke.

I am in the midst of a divorce from an abusive x husband which is preventing me from registering my car as he is out of state. I know that’s not their problem, but I have called multiple times with no answer. They are open 24 hours. This service is making an already terrible situation worse. I have called 20+ times.

Trash company. Went to DCG and got my car booted. Can you please explain why that was? To top it off, the ego and attitude of the guy on the phone. Who the hell do you think you are? I hope you guys get sued and you will and I hope you get shut down completely. People will handle it much better if you had even a tiny bit of professionalism. You can’t beg for money so this is your way? Booting cars of customers of the on site property. These people are spoiled brats, if you say something or stand your ground they will basically throw a fit and make your life harder. If you put money in their mouth they will shut up. Please do not lick yourself and act like you were in the right! You pieces of garbage. Go get training on how to handle customers and be professionals.

He treat me , record me on camera without permission and boot my car without any reason when I was eating on the property and he said that I wasn’t. He didn’t want me to pay on credit card only because I was asking questions.
Try as well to fight me and insult me.
Absolutely scam guy to report to the police right the way.

man answering the phone is a rude sob and definitely has a small d. energy. Called back, lady answered and started to threaten me to tow away my car. Haha, I know you are just a pathetic golddiggers, you just want money. That was pathetic!
