We just went to Fleet Feet based on a recommendation from my physical therapist. The person “helping “ us had zero interest in providing service. She didn’t fit me or ask anything. She brought out two boxes she had in my size. I am recovering from ankle surgery and was told that Fleet Feet had great service. We sure did not experience any service. The Gap has better service!

I just went in to buy shoes having no idea how cool of an experience I was about to have. They did a very thorough scan of my feet to evaluate my posture and even had me walk across a board that recorded my gait. The results matched me with tons of options for my specific needs. Working in the medical field, I’m on my feet all day and need good shoes that fit my needs. I would strongly recommend having your feet scanned and letting them help you find the right pair for you! I walked out with different shoes than I had imagined buying and the second I put them on in-store, they were the most comfortable shoes I had ever worn in all of my 28 years lol. I’m wearing them today for the first time and haven’t had any pain with breaking them in. All of the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I can’t remember the guy’s name who helped me, but it’s the guy with curly hair. 10/10 recommend this place!

Bobby was great ? he listened to my needs and gave me the perfect solution. Shoes and items in general are a little bit pricey but totally worth every penny. I’m absolutely loving my new pair of shoes! And my feet don’t hurt anymore I was recommended by my husband, then I recommended my mom, and I keep telling all my friends about this place.

Newer to running and had a lot of questions and wasn’t sure really what I was looking for. Sarah was super knowledgeable and kind and made the experience great. Sarah answered my questions without making me feel pressured to make a purchase. I still did and absolutely love the shoes! Also I came in during the Turkey Trot bib pick up time and the store was super busy. The time I waited for help was like a minute. Definitely will be back and have already recommended this place to others!

I recommend Fleet Feet as my top choice for runners and my patients of all activity levels. I've been very happy with the staff, the inventory and I love that I can actually give my shoes a real run (for 30 days) before fully committing. Although, due to staff expertise, all my purchases from Fleet Feet have worked well for me right from the start. No need to take anything back but I do like that it's possible.

I hate shopping, first of all. But the process here was so easy and the reccomedations were so spot on!

The scan of my feet was so cool to learn so much information and the 3 shoes that were brought out fit amazingly. Bobby picked some really cool colors and explained everything thoroughly. I've never had a better fitting shoe before. It really made shopping easy!
