no staff at all manning the Game selection of the store, customers need to go up and down the stairs to make a purchase

Bought a PS5 and an extra controller at christmas, in the 4 months we have had it both controllers now drift. I took them into Game and they won’t do anything to help as I bought them online. I was initially given a number to phone and it doesn’t work so after phoning Sports Direct to get put through to Game as they don’t have a direct number I was given another number, this didn’t work either and no numbers online work. I phoned back and left my name and number for someone to call back and surprise surprise nobody phoned so again I phoned back to be told they don’t deal with online orders but there is no contact number to speak to someone. In my opinion this is really poor customer services I work in a store and we always honour online purchases and then sort it all out at our end to cause minimal inconvenience to customers. I will avoid using them in future.

Ordered click and collect thinking it would be quicker than waiting for home delivery. Found out after ordering it would take a maximum of 4 days when it turned out it took 12 days. Meanwhile went to Argos and picked the same headset straight up for 10 pounds cheaper. Then went on to try and refund the late pair from game. The shop would not refund it even though it was delivered to them.

Staff don't seem to know anything about games or consoles as when you ask a question they give the response of I am not to sure I think the staff need more training so to be able to answer questions about the products there selling

Was very disappointed with the new store. Only one member of staff at a busy time. If it was only serving probably would not be a problem but customers go in with queries which sometimes take a while. We were obviously unlucky that this was the case which ended with a lot of people waiting and quite a few leaving without there purchase.

Simply shocking. Didn't know an xbox from his elbow. Tried to tell me my series s was a one s. After I got him to acknoledge the console I was trading in, he Then, after 10 mins came over and told me he didn't know how to get it on the TV. At that point the chap asked me to come back tomorrow. Complete incompetence. Why would you let someone willing to Spend £400 on a series X walk out. I done this type of job for over 12 years and have never came across such poor service. Shambles of a company.

Brilliant knowledgeable staff, games and accessories for most consoles plus a range of pre owned phones. When a game i wanted wasnt available staff went the extra mile to order it in for me.
