I visited this store with a view to purchasing a dinner suit for my daughter’s wedding in May. The choice of suits was excellent and of good quality and the assistant Aymanh was so helpful in pinning and adjusting the trousers so the fit was perfect when I collected the suit a few days later. Aymanh is a real credit to Hawes and Curtis and really goes out of his way to make sure everything is as the customer requires.

simply the best! great selection of suits and shirts and all the staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Everything i have brought is great quality, fits well and looks great. I would not shop anywhere else for office wear. Ayman is a credit to the team and is always on hand to help.

I’ve shopped at Hawes and Curtis extensively over the past few years and have always been extremely pleased with the product.
The customer service however at many of the stores and over the phone has been disappointing. I called one store to ask if a pair of trousers was available and they referred me to Bishopsgate . To my frustration this was not the case and I had wasted time travelling and had even reshuffled my meetings.
Upon arrival however, it was refreshing and comforting to finally receive fantastic service from May and Ayman. They apologised for being passed from pillar to post and ensured the trousers arrived the following day.
Since then, I have only utilised this store as the attention and care to detail continues to be far superior to anything I have experienced and for that reason I still provide my custom to H&C which at one point was contentious.

Went there today to get a suit for my friends wedding. Granted the prices are daunting and many people would walk away just for that. However the service I received was so first class that even the price didn't take a smile off my face.

I honestly forgot to ask their names but I was assisted by two lovely ladies who not only made sure to provide me the best service they could (and I am usually a difficult customer so great work ladies) but they also engaged with me as a person and not just another customer to spend his money there.

Amazing place, amazing people and amazing service.
I'm looking forward to picking up my suit after the necessary alterations are made.

Extremely Professional with key attention to detail when it comes to fitting.

He’s always happy, friendly and always willing to help make his professional suggestions.

If he’s not happy with the tailoring it goes back to their tailors until it’s perfect.

I could not have asked for such an excellent and professional service.

Will be coming back for all my suits and will highly recommend Hawes and Curtis to anyone who asks me where I bought my suit.
