Highly recommend. Friendly people who do excellent work with a quick turnaround. Resurrected a couple of pairs of shoes I had with a great polish + sole reattach. Will definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you!

incredible service!!! i destroy my shoes and some pairs i had no home and they restored them back to brand new shoes. so happy with the service. cannot recommend this place enough!

I do not recommend this business despite the all good reviews. We brought a $200 pair of shoes for a repair. We needed to repair the sole and the cobbler recommended to paint the tips to hide some wear and tear. He promised to finish it in 3 days. After 3 days we came to pick up the shoes but were told it’s not yet ready. Apparently he didn’t even started. Came back after 2 days and noticed that he applied almost a pink paint on the light brown shoes! Who does that!!!? Moreover the work on the sole was mediocre quality. We refused to accept the job and were told to come back in 2 days. Came back again and apparently they didn’t have the right paint and had to order it. We decided it’s enough and we’ll take the shoes and pay only for the sole job. And this time we were talking to the tailor since the cobbler was absent. Not only the tailor was rude but he started aggressively demanding to pay the full amount. We refused to pay the full amount and were arguing with the tailor until another customer came in. Only then the tailor changed his tone and agreed for the lower amount. I would also not trust the cobbler.

1 star for:
- No customer service
- Being rude and aggressive when someone disagrees with the quality of their work

2 stars for the quality.

I have used J & C to repair my hiking boots for at least 6 years. He does an excellent job. Some of my boots (costing ~$300) are on their 3rd resole. His prices are reasonable and the boots are ready on the date he gives.

Incredible work!
I always take my shoes here to be fixed-- no question. Jairo is so friendly and is very meticulous with his work, and always completed in a week or less. I had used other cobblers in the area before finding J&C who we're more than DOUBLE the price and didn't fix my shoes nearly as well.
I have a pair of unique green cowboy boots that wore terribly. Jairo found the exact green color to repair the leather. I was speechless when I went to pick them up. Highly recommend this place!!!
