This waa my first time purchasing from this bakery and I took a chance based on the past reviews of family and friends. This bakery did not disappoint my expectations. They did a phenomenonal job for my baby shower and they were very timely and professional with my order. Their customer service was outstanding. I definitely recommend this bakery and will be going back for future events. I got exactly what I ordered!

Always a delightful experience when I am here! One of the best Caribbean bakery’s in Brooklyn. New York. America. The world! It always remind me of Grandma back in the day in Trinidad just up at 5am and baking and cooking like her life depended on it 🔥 could taste the passion of the cultures blended into unique flavors of the currents roll.. sponge cake.. slice cake.. Mr C's bakery on Church avenue. Usually they're current roles are on point. But for some reason they were not moist sweet and or chewy. They were dry and thick. It saddened me to say this, I followed Mr C' bakery the last three times he moved into different locations I followed him. That's how amazing his food usually is. Just a little disappointed.

Stopped to pick up freshly baked bread. My friend is always praising the bread and told me once I eat this, I will stop buying regular bread aka store bought bread lol. Well, I must say she was right! The freshly baked bread was such a delight to my mouth and I would love to know the recipe. Semi hard crust and soft in the middle and it made my mouth and tummy happy!
I picked up some almond cake, which just had almond pieces on the crust & it was delicious inside & out.

Service was decent and polite.

This is going to be a lovely weekend lol

*This is not my first time patronizing this bakery but this is my first time at this location and buying freshly baked bread from them.

Mr. C's bakery always has something fresh and warm coming out of the oven. I usually buy loaves of hard-dough bread, which come in either regular wheat or whole wheat. Sometimes, there may be a line, but it moves relatively quickly. Parking in this area is next to zero unless you can snag a metered spot on Church Avenue or Utica Avenue. Overall, their baked goods and Caribbean treats are great, and the prices are decent.

So I got 2 patties, 1 chicken and 1 beef... that was not a good idea. The chicken was NOT seasoned nor was the beef! Only the ginger and salt made it to the seasoning of both! The BEEF was burnt not only could you smell it the taste was horrible! SMH sad they should have never sold it to customers. It goes to show the integrity of the establishment and how they feel about the people who spend their money there! Let Bread baking continue to be the highlight of your establishment ad stay aways from patties ect. Disappointing!!!!

This bakery is a smaller version than I'm accustomed to visiting. You will find the usual staples of Caribbean pastries. The current roll was delicious and the 🍞 taste as expected. It's my first visit to this location, but I'll be coming back to see what new things they may be doing. The staff seems reasonable nice. They may need to work on their customer service but their efficient at service delivery.
