I Wan met with smiling faces, disappointed in weight. The doctor was on point Paige is an awesome. Staff member. Lisa was very Respectful. I don't know of their proper titles but the service was top notch. God Bless

Arrived at 1:10 which was 25 minutes early for my 1:30 appointment. Didn't get into the room until 2:06. I took time off work for it and feel that my time is just as important as the doctors. Also requested my prescription be renewed on Dec 29th when I had 1 week of pills left. Also contacted pharmacy twice and no response from the doctor office. It is now Jan 7 and still no refill done yet. Been out of meds for two days now. So frustrating. One star because I had to have something filled in for it

Speaking for myself, my experience is excellent. I was taken in right away. Lisa the nurse, is the best, so caring, and Paige the PA, has done a wonderful job taking over for my PC who left in Sept. 2023. She was updated on my file and was caring and listened to my concerns .

She was so easy to talk to and listened to everything I had to say. She didn't seem to be like other Drs that just came and went in 2 minutes and sent you home confused and wishing you would have asked questions! I really liked that she spent time with me and explained things as we went without the rush factor! Paige did an awesome job!
