I spoke with Alex regarding fixing my broken laptop. He understood the problem very quickly and came with a good solution. He provided me with a very decent quote, and, which was more important, with a realistic timelines, which included how long it will take to order some parts he didn't have readily available.
I haven't used his repair services at the end of the day and selected an official retailer instead. But only reason was that the official retailer had parts in stock and I can't be without my laptop for longer than a couple of days.

I appreciate that Alex was helpful and professional during whole interaction and I would definitely contact him again if I will have any other computer-related issues.

I started having problems with my laptop, a 3 years old laptop, in November last year. I took it to a repair shop and the conclusion was that I needed a new one, it couldn’t be fixed. I was not happy with the answer so I took it to another repair shop. I didn’t need a new one, just to be cleaned and checked and that’s it. After a couple of months, it started to fail again.
