This was the third weekend I have tried to go by during normal business hours for them to be closed. Always with a hand written sign on the door. I understand “technical difficulties” but for them to ALWAYS be closed early is a little much... and I’m talking HOURS early. I drive down from Bernalillo for them. Before anyone thinks “why doesn’t she just call before she goes?” - I do, but getting someone to answer the phone could be another review in and of itself. I just hope they start operating their business like they used to. I hate leaving poor reviews, but maybe this will catch management’s attention and I’ll be able to update it later. Here’s hoping.

Wish I could give this company and this place zero stars. If you are looking for a job please do not work here. This company will drain you completely as they do not care about any of their employees, nor their customers. This place never appreciates anything the workers do for them and their company. When I was working there I have been short staffed like crazy from working 12hrs shifts everyday to open and close all the time. We would ask for help and there would be no help. Me and my other coworker took in the responsibility to help keep this store going and be open to make sure that our customers could still shop but they never appreciated that. My old coworkers and my old store manager Melissa quit and told me that I should leave before I get drained out because the company does not care for anyone. I never understood what they meant until I took charge. Regardless if you are a full time student and a full time employee they were never understanding and wanted mine and my other coworker lives to revolve around this horrible company. We have been working here for 7 months never did I receive help from the company to get more employees or anything. Customers would always notice how drained my coworker and I always were and would complain on how wrong it is for them to be doing this. Customers would always complain on how we need more workers to help out and we would explain the situation to them and they would say how ungrateful this company is. After my store manager Melissa left customers stopped coming by because of such great experience with her being here and with me and my other coworker creating connections with customers they would even say after we leave that they do not want to be shopping here no more. Customers would complain saying this company is going to be going down hill with how they treat us and with the best employees quitting and that is exactly what is going to happen. We would even give input on situations to the higher ups on what can help and it would just go in one ear out the other for them, and then act clueless as if we didn’t explain situations to them. In general this company is just super unprofessional and unorganized. So if you are looking for employment avoid this place unless you want to be overworked, under appreciated, and short staffed. If you are a customer I would truly just find another store that can offer 5 star experience for you guys especially for working in the healthcare field. I don’t ever write reviews about a company or ever talk bad about a work place in all my work history but for me to write this review should say something about how horrible this company is. Also so sorry for any future customers visiting as I’m sure the store is going to be having signs that say store is closed early or the employees having confusion because none of the employees there are fully trained and it was just me and my other coworker that was trained. Hopefully maybe now that they lost a good employee they’ll start to notice something wrong within the company and their higher ups.

In the past 6-12 months this store and staff have been great. The last few months the customer service has been horrible. I don’t know what has changed but 3 attempts in the past week the doors have been locked during business hours with no sign. I called yesterday, spoke to someone on the phone who said they were open and closed at 5:00p. I went around 2:00p (15 min after I called) and the doors were locked. I finally was successful today and when I was purchasing an item I asked about the student discount and was told they don’t offer that. I have had student discounts for every purchase before today. The person was snippy and said he was “2 weeks into his job and they would have trained him if they had a discount”. I know my business won’t make a dent in their sales but I definitely will not be returning. He made me feel petty and dumb for asking for the discount. As a nursing student that is unemployed every little bit helps and I shouldn’t be shamed for asking.

I understand that many people enjoy Scrubs and Beyond for their quality products, but I recently had a negative experience there. I was charged twice for a pair of scrubs and was assured that the refund would process in 3-5 business days. Now, four days later, the charge is still pending in my account. I attempted to call the facility, but no one is answering. Overall, I feel their customer service and management are lacking.

What is the deal!!! I have gone there at three different times in order to get what I need for work and it’s closed. No sign and no times!!! Absolutely unacceptable way to run a business. From reading these reviews if you take care of your employees they can take care of your customers!!

People are complaining about the customer service. But at least there was a person in there so you can shop.

Another thing to the “owner” that is replying to all these messages. How about going to your store to work instead of just apologizing.

I’ve been here about 4 different times. Each time there was a different sales associate, but I was never greeted, they always act “put out” when I ask for help or to try something on, and they seem to be too busy chatting amongst themselves whenever it is time to check out. I much prefer the online store to being treated like I’m not welcome. At least I got to try on different brands before buying.

Good place to do business dont get me wrong. Unfortunately lady did not arrive until 09:10am. When the stores says it opens at 9am. It is 09:28am right now and doors still locked, and phone wasn't answered either.
(Note she hid from a customer before opening the door and coming in, I see her in the back office sitting down at 09:35am, date this occured is 11/8/2024). If you can't open from 9am-5pm let the medical and public safety community know.

1st time in the store. What a joke! I was ignored. The staff didn't offer any assistance and were just standing at the register talking about random topics.. I certainly won't be back. I wish you could give a zero star review they don't deserve the one star.
