My experience with ServPro was beyond excellent. I had water rushing into my bathroom from above and they came out within an hour of calling on a Saturday afternoon. My mitigation expert Chad Brooks did a great job of first calming me down, then fully inspecting the issue at hand, explained what to do next, set up some initial mitigation equipment and explained what the next steps were. They worked closely with my insurance and made the entite process very easy. Chad stayed in constant communication, worked well within my schedule, and followed up with all my questions and concerns and was quite reassuring through the whole process.

He informed me that everyone was very busy with all of the pipes breaking and that he would do his best to make sure that I was taken care of in a timely manner.
