If it were possible to give this business a zero star rating I would. I have been waiting for almost a year for this firm to file my 2019 taxes. I have gotten nothing but excuses and extremely unprofessional behavior from them. I am now in the process of fighting just to get the paperwork back so I can have someone else file for me. They have been completely nonresponsive and have refused to release my paperwork or even respond to my multiple messages. Their unprofessionalism is horrific. I would never recommend them to anyone for any reason.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Terrible experience we’ve had. The owner is a piece of work! They’ve never done our taxes correctly and will NEVER return a call! Gave one star only because we had to write this review. Stay away! The positive reviews are people that work for this company.
