Zoe and James were very nice and really went out of their way to help me. They set me up with my first sandstone and set of tools! Wish I lived here so I could take the classes!

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the team at Compleat Sculptor. Recently, I ordered supplies for a class that starts next week. I was pleased to see that my items shipped the same day. However, when they arrived, FedEx mistakenly delivered the package to the wrong address—this was no fault of Compleat Sculptor.

When I struggled to reach a live operator at FedEx, I turned to Compleat Sculptor for help. Zoe went above and beyond in assisting me; she quickly filed a claim with FedEx on my behalf. To my surprise, they not only addressed the issue promptly but also completely refilled my order and shipped a new one that same day.

My order was promptly shipped and received, but unfortunately one of the casting resin bottles cracked during shipping and some of the product leaked out. Upon notifying vendor they immediately sent a replacement free of charge. That is excellent customer service!

Great store with sculpting materials that are difficult to find. Every contact I've had with the staff has been wonderful. I love the like thank you notes they include on the packing slips they send with deliveries. Puts a smile on my face, knowing that I'm being seen as an actual human and not a number.! 🙂

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! All you might want and more. They even have a rock quarry. It was my first time there, and the staff was so incredibly helpful. (Shout out to Zoe(y)! ) They took time out to explain to me all my options, so I could make informed purchases. Also, there's a shop cat, who is sweet and loves pets! Definitely coming back for my casting needs, and looking forward to seeing what else I can get my hands into. They also offer classes. A must visit for any artist and hobbyist alike.
