Wish I'd read reviews. DO NOT SEEK COVID TESTING here. Made an appointment at 1:30, was not seen until 2:30. The staff member working ALONE in the office kept letting her mask slide below her nose and mouth. I opted for the send out test (was told results would be emailed in 3 days) and a week and a half later...still nothing. I have called multiple times and been told that the manager was looking into it. What a waste of time and frankly, dangerous situation! People are relying on getting these results in a timely fashion so they can make responsible decisions when they are sick. This place should be shut down.

SKETCHY, SKETCHY. Don't use this company! I'd give zero stars if I could. Advertised rapid Covid testing: 20-30 min results. It's been almost 5 hours and no results. I called and was told that the test results in that amount of time but the worker was too busy to send me the results via email so not really 20-30 min. Also, they ask for your social security number AND have you write out your credit card number and security code on a piece of paper despite the fact that they run the credit card before they even test you. I needed quick results so I could go to work tomorrow otherwise I'd have left. Avoid this place!

I wish I had seen the reviews before going to this facility. By the time I got my test results (a week later) I didn't need them anymore. I called and asked about them. I was told they were calling me back. No one called. Called again the next day and neither the employee nor the manager had any accountability. Don't waste your time (or money if you are willing to pay $100 for a rapid test)

Do not go get a Covid Test from them!
I went on a Tuesday morning (fall 2020) and when I was there, they said I will have test results back within 24-48 hours which seemed reasonable if they had equipment in house. Didn't hear anything in 48 hours so I called later that day and no one answered. I eventually got a call back and they said my sample was delayed due to the CA wildfires (not sure how they planned on shipping my sample across the country and testing it in 24 hours). Finally got another call back 8 days later saying my sample was destroyed in shipping. They did offer me a free test, but it's already been most of the incubation period so I could also just wait a few more days and then I know I'm not contagious.
Lots of overpromising and then they couldn't even package them well enough to survive shipping. Very disappointing...

6 months later they finally replied and what a joke of a response. Just a suggestion, sarcasm doesn't sound very professional. I didn't say anything that wasn't true, just gave my experience. My biggest problem (as stated in the review) was the lack of communication with me when they promised 24-48 hours. I would have been sad that I didn't get results, but didn't even get a "sorry the wildfires destroyed your samples" until my second time calling them.

Drove 15 miles for a walk in covid test. Arrived at 12:47, during their lunch break 12:30-1. Waited til 1. Called repeatedly until 1:20, doors still locked for "lunch". Left, got a call at 1:45 saying that can't even take walk-ins. I triple checked before driving to this location to ensure that they offer walk-in clinics. Their phone greeting even says that walk-ins are available at this location.

Admittedly when I walked in, I was skeptical. It has a small waiting room and there were two other people in there already (there's a sign explaining they'll limit the space to no more than 4) and it doesn't necessarily scream "clean." (But frankly what place these days, especially one where you're going to get tested for COVID, does?)

Five stars for the exceptional staff (Lynkacia) that made that initial skepticism disappear. She clearly communicated options available, what was needed from me in terms of info and $ for each, and kept me feeling comfortable and informed about what step was next and how long it would take through my entire time there. My toddler son who was the one actually getting tested and who typically throws a temper tantrum just walking into a doctor's office was totally at ease because of Lynkacia's easy, warm manner and professionalism.

The negative reviews of this place to me seem emotionally charged around Covid and things outside the staff's control. I hope to never be back, but if I am in need of another rapid test, I would totally go to this location again.

The worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. If I could give a negative rating I would.
The woman working the front desk seemed more interested in just getting people out of the building than actually providing a service. Any questions I had were met with condescending answers. I had to make a payment online and was going to do so on my phone, and was told that I would have to stand outside in order to make the payment.
When asked why, I was told "you just have to. Our WiFi doesn't work." I responded that I wasn't using their wifi, I was using my service provider and would prefer to stand inside since it's freezing and blizzarding outside - to which she said "You can't. Our WiFi blocks that so you need to do it from your car."

Our test results were received quickly, we had paper copies within 15 minutes. Our issue is that we were charged twice and we have had no communication back on the double charge. Disputing the charges currently.
