I can't express enough how great Dr. Philip Yancho and his son, Dr. Joe Yancho are. In my opinion, these two doctors are the best dentist in Traverse City. The entire staff is amazing and I have been going to them for years. They are so smart and up to date on every procedure. They are kind, honest, professional, and just wonderful to be around. I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs. Not only do you get two great doctors but again, the entire staff is top notch and amazing. I feel so blessed to have them all in my life.

Absolutely love Yancho dentistry. After 9 years of being a loyal client of a different dentist office, I switch to Yancho, and what a sharp contrast!

Every staff member in this office, from front desk to hygienist to Doc himself, treats you with courtesy, professionalism, patience, care, and respect. I particularly appreciate their flexibility with communication methods: calls, texts, emails. They got you covered. Easy to reach and get any questions answers, including billing. It’s been a great experience so far. Highly recommend.

We have many choices in Traverse City for dentists but Dr. Yancho and his team is outstanding. I have had numerous cleanings with Shelly and she is just the best. Not only is she an expert hygienist but she educates you on what you should do on a daily basis to make your teeth the best they can be! I was also seen by Dr. Joe for my yearly exam and he was also very professional and caring, following up with the recommendations by Dr. Yancho a year ago. Since I have a procedure coming up, I had questions to ask and they were answered thoroughly and Dr. Joe made me feel at ease. The next day I called back with insurance questions and more about the procedure. Dr. Yancho took the time to personally get on the phone and answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this dental office for their professionalism and caring attitude about their patients. Thank you to the staff too as they are very friendly and welcoming the minute you enter. I have had 4 visits at this point and they continue to be the best dentist office I have ever visited. Everyone is always in such a great mood, it feels like family. Dr Yancho always seems to be on top of the latest tech of dentistry, and is very informative when I have questions. I have always hated going to the dentist, but not with this office. Came in for my 6 month cleaning. Trina was efficient, accommodated my sensitivities and did a great job. Every staff person I encounter termed was friendly and present. Dr Yancho made sure I had my questions answered and did a thorough exam. For someone not being fond of going to the dentist, this was a pleasant experience.
